But I may be coming back to a GM here REAL soon. I am putting my Mustang up for sale and in search of a Grand Prix GTP. I will only own another GM if its a Grand Prix GTP. I've always had a soft spot for Pontiac and I loved the designs of them. I will be selling my Mustang for $3500 and in case you guys haven't seen what it looks like here lately heres an idea...

I had it lowered... ALOT..

Just did this last weekend:

There was a GP in the classified section. Good luck.
I like GP's also, pre-04...but their gauges are horrible.

I second the gauges, my reson is they are too old looking even in the 00-03s theyre still the analog odometers and etc, good luck in youre search man.

Thanks I appreciate that!

As far as the gauges and odometer that stuff really doesn't bother me, as long as it works I really don't care. Plus I like the gauges on the Grand Prix's, they aren't over the top, and I LOVE the red interior lighting

I'm confused. In your post it says that you might come back to GM which infers that you don't have a GM now although your garage lists a 2001 Monte. You then go on to say that the only GM you would consider is a Pontiac Gran Prix GTP and then proceed to list your Mustang for sale. You are aware that this is a Monte Carlo Forum? I was just wondering.

You are aware I use to own a 2001 Monte Carlo right? Just because I no longer own one does not mean I am no longer welcome here.

Welcome back and good luck selling the mustang and finding a GP. Is the GTP the supercharged model?

Not to mention the grand prix and monte are pretty much the same thing.

Yes the GTP is the supercharged model .
I shouldn't have an issue selling the Mustang for $3500. I can find plenty of GP GTP's for sale just a matter of which one is in the best running condition and meets my requirements :P
