My girlfriend has cancer I believe... :(
My prayers go out to you and your girlfriend. If it is cancer, she needs to know it's not the end of the world. Lots of cancer survivors in the world. My wife is one of them.
But as others have said, best to find out what's really going on rather than speculating and assuming the worst.
