I agree with the possibility of assuming the worst..it could be anything, but having said that I wouldn't pry...now would I get upset if she does not come outright and tell you...
She will tell you when and if she is good and ready, if you think you're under pressure imagine what she is feeling...
Good call though to be there for her no matter what, do your best to be there for her and perhaps even cheer her up...even something as simple as a trip to the movies or a bite to eat may take her mind offa things
JMO Best of luck and keep us updated on whatever you decide.

Thanks guys, I sent her a text message asking if I could bring her up here possibly this weekend and spend some time with her to try and ease her mind a bit. It's a long shot but it's better than her sitting at home thinking about it 24/7

Don't jump to conclusions too fast, she may have something else going on but causing some big time depression.
Best thing is, be there for her. Regardless of what it turns out has her feeling this way, just be there for her.
I hope whatever she has going on she pulls through.

Man that sucks. Like everyone has said, all you can do at this point is be there for her. Eventually she'll get the message that you're here for her through the long haul, through thick and thin. Proving that to her is the biggest thing you can do at this point. I'll definitely keep you in my prayers.

Hi J.W.,
I hope what you may believe is untrue. I would first seek out the truth, before you stress `out.
Friends, or Girlfriends should always be truthful. Honesty is the foundation of any good friendship relationship 4-Sure.
Wish you good news and truthfulness

I echo what was said before, talk with her family, remembering that if it is as bad as it appears they probably won't be in much of a mood to talk about it either. Don't push the issue too hard, if she/they don't want to get into the details don't force! You'll just have to show her that your not wasting your time, if things are as bad as they appear every moment becomes even more precious.
My prayers are with her, her family and you also!
