Vancouver is one of the nicest cities i've been to, Vancouver Island is GORGEOUS (even though i only got to see like 5% of it) I'm sure you'll enjoy it!!

So far i'd say im closest one on the north side of the border, i'm in Edmonton

Lou you would love it here. Less snow, better lakes, no salt and rusty cars, cheaper fuel, great golf courses......I could go on but you get the idea.

Thanks everyone... Sorry for the late response, I couldn't get onto the site yesterday... We are very excited to start our new journey & adventure to the West Coast... Nice to see some familiar members out there, would love to meet you all... Might have to set up a cruise down that famous Route 66... Coffee shops with extra's Space???... We'll let you know... lol...

Congrats!! I love BC so beautiful there.. were actually planning on doing trip there this summer. Never snows! awesome, theres lots of sweet places to do road trips to, not actually have to travel to far i live in red deer, ab but somehow always find myself in bc for road trips have a safe move, enjoy BC
