Good luck up there; NYC and local get all the news so I didn't know you had such high counts. Day 13 of mandatory work-from-home for me (it took a pandemic to get our mgmt to allow it). The commute is fantastic. 97 was the high Wednesday here in Dallas, maybe 30s Monday morning. At this rate, my thermostat is going to break. Everyone stay safe and good luck wherever you are.
Back in February we were in Texas went all the way to Pharr, went to Fredericksburg and then San Antonio to see the Alamo and then Corpus Christi But it got a bit cold down there a few mornings too.
Last year we went to Waco and Dallas. Did the Southfork Ranch, and the downtown book depository tour. Stay safe!!

Good afternoon guys. Can't believe it's Friday already - the days seem to go by even faster working from home
We've been all over the place weather-wise this week. Tuesday was mostly sunny and made it up to 71 degrees and that evening we had some strong t-storms with hail - we got up to 0.6" hail where we are but I saw reports 5-10 miles south of us, and some other isolated areas in Lower MI, of up to 2.0" hail so we lucked out there. Wednesday was also mostly sunny and made it up to 71 degrees. Yesterday was back down in the 40s with off and on snow flurries most of the day, and one burst dropped about 0.4" on us in 10 minutes while the wind chill dropped into the 20s.

Thanks, likewise for you and everyone else. Yesterday, our 'shelter in place' order in Michigan was extended til May 1, so another 3-weeks - we're on day #18. Michigan is 3rd in confirmed cases (behind NY and NJ) and 'city-wise' Detroit is actually 2nd in confirmed cases (behind only NYC). As of yesterday, Michigan is now up to 21,504 confirmed cases and 1,076 related deaths. We're still on an upswing but are seeing a leveling off trend in daily 'new' cases and the amount of 'new' hospitalizations in Michigan (and elsewhere in the Country) which is a positive sign.

Good afternoon guys.
Hope everyone had a good Easter. We had a good, busy weekend which included some more yard work. We're under a wind advisory today, gusting up to 50 mph. We've had some rain since Saturday night. The same system dumped snow on Michigan's Upper Peninsula - a storm total of 19.9" was recorded in Alger County
Got the Monte out yesterday morning and took the wife for a nice cruise around the countryside.
Okay everyone I have had the 4th theme for the Photo contest up for over a Week. The theme is to honor Barb aka P343 who was once a moderator on here and she passed away 2 years ago.
