That was my attempt to start the blog for the month, hopefully someone can get it set up properly. Just thought I would check in and see how everyone is doing. I've been working out of town so I enjoy the car when I'm home on the weekends. Stopped at a few car shows in the last cpl weekends and just a blast talking to others about my car. I received a plaque last week for first in class GM 1991 to present, was my first award. Hope your all having a safe holiday week.

You did okay that is the problem I was having with it a few months back and decided that I just wouldn't go there anymore. This Forum has made a bunch of changes over the past few months and none of them are very user friendly. But keep on keeping on!! Lol
I did manage to get to a few Car shows recently, Won at the first one about 3 weeks ago, and then 2 weeks ago nothing and they kinda made the winner announcements real quiet like. Good morning guys. It's been a while so I thought I'd check in.
We've got rain and thunderstorms on tap from Tropical Storm Barry today. And we could touch 100 degrees this weekend.
I have a show this Saturday (in Grand Rapids) and another the following Saturday (in Lansing). I managed to win at my past two shows: I took Class Winner (Stock 98-Current) at a local show on June 15 and then won Gold Class AND People's Choice awards at Monte Carlo Nationals June 28-30. One of my local Monte car buddies is currently making me a backing plate for my Gold Class Winner medallion so I can get that mounted on the car's grill soon (they were out of them at Nationals).

Good morning guys.
It's getting dangerously hot around here. We have an 'excessive heat warning' and 'air quality alert' in place through 8pm Saturday. Looks like we could hit heat indexes of 97 today, 110 tomorrow and 105 Saturday
