Evening, all. Busy day with both grandkids, they're home sick with colds. After six hours we had to leave the house to get some fresh air. That gave me time to remember how Joe's leash got lost. We were taking our nightly walk down the street about three weeks ago when a huge Great Dane came at us out of nowhere. His owner was being dragged behind him on a 20-ft. leash. The Great Dane outweighed Joe (my Yorkie) by about 200 pounds. The owner outweighed me by about 100 pounds. And he looked mean, kinda like an ex-biker. So when the Great Dane grabbed Joe's leash in his 4"-long teeth and started running in the opposite direction, I unhooked the harness on Joe and let the bigger dog have the leash. The owner stomped over to me and said "You didn't want that leash, did you, lady?" And I said "No sir, it looks better on your dog. Bye." And with that I scooped up my little Joe and ran back into the house, where I asked my husband to please go outside and beat up the Great Dane's owner. My husband, bless his heart, said : "I don't think so."

Hi Angie: How was your day with the two grand kids ? I know how it can get at times. I've done that a # of times. Sometimes its fun. Sometime its a job

Amy and Kerry I hope you get the jobs. I'm looking for a new job too and hope to find something soon.
Drew I had that happen when i was a renter lucky for my wife and I we lived there for about 8 years, maybe even more at the time so when my wife called them they checked the drop slot and it was stuck in there. I agree with Chris if you wrote a check you can do a stop payment at you bank for a fee.

Just walked in about 15 mins ago. Went to see the movie Contraband! Not bad at all. next is the Tom Cruise movie next week. Got to get caught up on all the movies I've missed Since leaving MN. Man talk about a slow night on here WOW !
yea great news. he got up today and walked down the hallway. was supposed to be able to walk 80 ft to go home and ended up going 300 
. Not bad for an 82 year old that had a stroke 6 days ago. He is recovering pretty well so aslong as his labs come back good tomorrow he is ok to come home.
