justin, i hate doin the weeding, i try and just spray weed killer on everything, and most of the time after having a few beers, it gets interesting! see ya

i was standing on my roof in the second pic...chris those wern't your everyday weed.... they are like damn mini tree's most of them came up to my shoulders

justin, your house is built into the hillside? thats cool, i bet it stays cool in the summer does it ever get damp? idk why, but i alwyase assumed when looking at the sheds in the backround of your sig pic that you guys had some kind of old farmhouse, like my friend..... the people who had it devided the property, built a new house on half & rented the old stone 6 bedroom farmhouse to my friends family...

ryan my landlords house is over 100years old that count...lol i think previous owners were building a house or somthing and just threw a roof on it back in 63 atleast thats what i figured out by

the fuse box...glas fuses still.... and has the date in it..... o yeah and those r rocks...looks like the previous tenant was trying to build a patio or somthing....

stays good and cool...no dampness suprisingly... and ive done a huge amount of work to this place...takes off rent

thats cool justin, what kinda work did it need? sounds like it was kinda outdated in the electrical utilitys department, lol. the farmhouse my buddie lives in has those glass fuses, they are all musitions & they built a stage to practice on in the basement..... i was there for the first practice in the new house, but between all the amps & other equipment being powered up, plus the dryer being run on the same circut, well we were left in the dark, lol.

well last tenenat left it a craphole man...just dirty and crapy looking.. i painted the whole inside, replaced some carpet, installed a dishwasher,replaced the old 20in tiny stove with a regular one

had to fix the washer n dryer(i gatta do it again takes an hour and a haf in just the washer),new toilet, updated some of the light fixtures, replace 3 outa the 4 doors inside, put an outlet outside

moved a cabinet to open the placeup alittle, fixed the fan in the bathroom, wired the house for tv, fixed the leaking shower and replaced the shower head and there is still stuff to be done...
