Wayne...

Cool! Great to see you saved yourself some money and got some well needed maintenance done too. That really is a nice truck. Glad you're able to keep it.

I inadvertently posted between your two post Justin, and kinda ruined the before and after effect.

So I combined both of your posts for better before and after effect.

Looks good by the way. Reminds me I need to mow my lawn.

Edit:

Hey Justin, someone stole your bar-be-cue. Just left you with the tank and a garbage can.

justin, the lawn looks good, but i cannot beleive you got rid of that free privacy fence, lol. i need to ask, are those lumps in the middle rocks? that would be a nice spot for a real lawn if you moved em & ran through with a push mower.... been there done that, lol. we have tons of rocks here, always picking em outta the lawn. ive re- done a couple of propertys with top soil, had to move all the rocks first, BOY i hate rocks, lol.

chris, im glad to hear that everyone is OK, how bad did things get damaged? i am always on edge when we use our woodstove in the winter, caus our house cought on fire when i was REEAL little.... upstares smoke damage, basement finished, which wound up being ok caus insurance paid for new carpet / paint / paneling, & we did not have to pay to get rid of the orange **** in the basement, lol. or the avacado green **** upstairs, lol.

ryan, nothing major but is was kinda scary seeing smoke throughtout the living room! just 1 big burn in the carpet about 3 feet or so, just covered it up with a throw rug! not sure if you read my posts from yesterday on the daily MCF, but i had more than enough to be scared about!

oh yah i red em, and like i said that is one thing that keeps me up at night is wondering if were gonna have a chimny fire.... my dad goes up & sweeps it every month we use it but sometimes the wind stirrs up the creasote & it sounds like the chimny is on fire... it makes me tense, lol, so i cant blame ya being shaken when you guys have a real fire there.... at least there was minimal damage, & everyone is ok...
