Good morning everyone.
It was foggy here last night and just overcast and wet right now. Suppose to clear up and hit 70 later today. Wednesday is suppose to hit 80! Don't know if I'm heading back down to Mexico tomorrow or not, but I'll find out today. Hopefully I'll get at least a few more days to be at home. The schedule is going to start getting crazy with car shows on the 11th, 18th, and then Memorial Day weekend.
Whew, yeah Red Wings just got in, and I'm glad we got to 7th in the standings and aren't playing Chicago in the first round. I honestly don't have high hopes for them in the playoffs this year due to how they played during the regular season. However, they picked it up and won when they needed to the last four games of the regular season (four wins; two shutouts, 15 GF and only 3 GA) and they usually step up their game in the playoffs. Looking forward to getting Bertuzzi back; that should help a lot. 22 consecutive playoff appearances (1991-2013). It'll be interesting.

Good Morning every one... I am working from Home today. Mason Auto Body said they will call sometime today and I can pick the Deuce up. They just have to put it back together. Clear coating was done Friday so it dries all week end in their clean room.
I take it to Gary Glenn (Artragious Studios) this afternoon for him to paint on new pin striping to go better with the new flames.
Pretty stoked for sure. Have a great Monday !

Today I took the day off to possibly hammer out some items on the Monte (wheel bearing and rear sway links). The Monte is still covered from winter (as our weather goes a couple of crap days and nice days). So far, today is a crap day, but the weather is supposed to improve early this afternoon. If not, the Monte doesn't move (as I need to drive it to my dad's to use his air tools for my projects).
Regardless, I will be able to occupy my time lol.

excuse me while I leave a bit of a rant here in the blog...MCF is one of the few places I can talk about this stuff without getting my butt fired..
So this morning I was abruptly woken up by my other manager saying he is 'sick' and needs me to open the store. Also my other coworker is sick too. So 2 people called out...this is my first time opening in like...4 months. The store manager is all the way in New Jersey (it would be nice if he told me...)
My other manager who called out sounded perfectly fine, was perfectly fine yesterday. same with my other coworker. But no, they get a little stuffy nose and I'm the one stuck taking care of everything. So I'm doing the normal morning tasks..I have a list on the managers computer of things to do and decided to check out the planograms that need to be printed. Printing the planos is something your supposed to do for the managers 'opening tasks'
Ok, so far I've printed 20-25 planograms & still have another 10 more to go. A whole butt-load of little ones and so far 6 MASSIVE planos (which include the entire tool wall, calipers are being reset, spark plugs are changing..) Majority of these are over a month old. Some still from February. The store is a mess...Truck is in 2 days and we still have left over from last week. The weekly 'matrix' which is what the store manager does(its a store wide scan of all 'outs' on the shelf. takes a whole day to do) is not done because he is off from work for the 3rd weekend & monday in a row.
Ever since the store managers have been switched this store just..sucks. We are stuck in such a deep hole its crazy....Everything was running so well!!!!
top it all off I may be doing a open to close. no food, no money. I'm so hungry...
