Good Sunday morning all. Just a lazy Sunday here probably. Happy Birthday Rockn. Piised off because DIsh Network did not come to an agreement with my local Cbs channels and now we dont have it. Means I will miss Amazing Race. That sucks. They better get it straightned out soon or I am switching to Direct Tv. Get you Nascar picks in if you are playing the league. Should be a good race.

Morning All,

Slow, dreary morning here. Sipping coffee...

Spent some time in the rain yesterday working in my son's old car. Getting ready to put on new front brake rotors / pads. The brakes have been squealing something awful the past few weeks. But when I got the wheels off yesterday, I quickly saw that the pads had lots of material left. WTF? So now I'm at a loss to exlain the squeal. Sounds like typical brake-pad-wear-indicator squeal. Regardless of their condition, I'll still replace the pads / rotors. They are pulsing bad. We bought this car two years ago and have no maintenance records for it. No telling how old the brakes are. It wasn't driven much before we bought it. Old car ('86) but low miles.

Miller - I read the article about the therapist. What a loony! And responsible for counseling soldiers suffering PTSD no less! What a trip...

Teacher Todd - Great deal on the old Mercedes. And the '79 Lincoln could be a 'boulevard cruiser' indeed. That's like the classic big Lincoln from the 70's. (Well, I guess they were all big Lincolns in the 70's. But it's still a classic.)

Have a great day, everyone.
