Yes, I do...between work related driving, my commute, and several (at least 12-15 at 1,100 miles each trip) trips to Vegas, this is why my Monte has 74,000 miles on it after buying brand new with less than 100 miles on it a year ago....! Having the Monte makes all my driving pretty painless though, it is so comfortable, and has great road manners!

Well, I just got home like 15 min ago. Today was a pretty long day between the housr I put in at work, and the almost 6 hours I spent on the road today (including driving to and from work). But I made it through it! LOL!

Have a good night everyone!

It sounds awesome! The CAI in combination with the exhaust makes for a GREAT sound! I was doing 90-95 mph for a while, and the perr coming from the engine/exhaust sounds so good at that speed! And when I am climbing over the mountains at like 3,000 RPM it sounds pretty sweet too!

[quote=KidSpace;139098]Great to see Jamie Lynn (ChevyGirlTony) back home on
the MCF, but was sad to read about the scratch she
got on her `Tony . Hopefully a good BodyMan
will be able to fix it like new. Jamie's posts are always missed.
Welcome home Jamie to your Monte Carlo Family.

thanks space (and all)!! i don't know when i'll be able to get it fixed but i hope soon. since it's right on the driver's door i see it every time i get into the car. it's already driving me insane!! i need to get new brakes/rotors first though. on the way to and from the airport wednesday and yesterday on the highway they were shaking pretty bad. i'll probably buy them with the money i made this weekend so hopefully that'll be taken care of within the next week or two. then, on to the scratch!

Jamie, SO sorry to hear about that bad scratch!
Sunday, we made a split second decision to run away. We went to Michigan's Adventure amusement / water park. http://www.miadventure.com/
Had a GREAT day. No one there. Lines were really short, and most water slides weren't even running all slides. LadyT's never been to a water park. She had a BLAST! We both did. I rode the new woody coaster they got, "Shivering Timbers". WOW! I LOVE the wooden coasters, but this one is FAST and ROUGH. My ribs are bruised from the bar beating my gut. Neck's a little stiff, too. Of course I ALWAYS ride hands up! Got home a little late, but all in all, a great day!
Anyone else going to / been to an amusement / water park this year?
Have a GREAT day people!
sounds like fun wayne!! i haven't been to a big amusement park or a water park in YEARS. last time i went to either (same year) i think i was still in high school, about 10 years ago. the amusement park we went to is now a Six Flags. i did go to a small water park at the beach here a couple years ago, but it just has a couple slides. still fun though. i love roller coasters too, the old wooden one in coney island in new york is one of my favorites!!

There's a lot of great nominations for July's Monte of the Month. Has your favorite been nominated? If not, go nominate them now!

Just seeing on tv that Ed McMahon has passed on. Too bad.

Going to be some nice weather around here today. How's the day where you are?
i didn't hear about ed mcmahon!! that's so sad!!! RIP ed. he was a legendary dude.

today was as crazy at work as i expected, and the rest of the week will be more of the same. we have an event in CT on sunday so once again i'll be missing the race . sucks because they're right up the road from me in New Hampshire this weekend. i at least got to watch the last 15 laps of sunday's race in the media center with a couple of people from our crew in california, i was pulling hard for tony but i was glad that kasey kahne won. i like him too.

it's good to catch up around here and see what everyone is up to!!
