Hey Justin, sucks about the drama at work. Are we sure the girl has aspergers? In my experience with people with aspergers, they tend to be very intelligent, hard working, and task oriented. They are extremely shy and can almost resemble autism. I don't have a lot of experiences, but it sounds like something else which may be why she is not picking things up or focusing.

yeah todd is aspergers, i talked with her worker person,

she is task oriented when it's one thing, but beign we pack orders there is multiple thing was have specifics we have to do, and thats where we are running into issues..

I have done a ton of reading on it becuase i wanted to understand better what was going on and try to improve the way i'm training her

Right now i'm just mentaly exhausted

 

The multiple taks will cause an issue I am sure. I will see if I have any info that may be helpful to you.
