Well, I just got back from dropping the Monte off at the dealer. I told them all about the clunking noise/ feel. Road tested it twice with a mechanic, OF COURSE, it did not duplicate the problem. But they are keeping it, and going to look it over with a fine tooth comb to make sure nothing is wrong with it at all. The mechanic was really cool, he told me he would be the one working on my car, and that he would make sure to look over everything so we could get it fixed through GMPP before warranty is up on it. So I hope he is able to find this clunk problem.

My rental is a 2010 Dodge Avenger. POS. Can't move out of its own way. Horrible blind spots. I don't like it. Only has 678 miles on it.

At least I got a rental though!

Very true, way better than the Accent. I guess i'm just a snob when it comes to a lot of other cars because A) i'm a GM fan, and B) i'm used to an awesome Monte Carlo, and not many rental cars compair.
