Jamie, that sound like a great price for those tires mounted and balanced. I got the same tires from tirerack.com (shipping was sooo cheap because one of the locations is only 1 state away from me). But, I had to go to a shop to get them mounted and balanced. BTW I've had them on Sliver for about 2 months now and I love them! They are awesome in wet and dry condtions. I really haven't had a chance to try them in snow, but I will find out next winter.

 

thanks amy, i'm glad to hear that. i did a lot of research and it came down to those, kumho asx's and dunlop sp's. these got really good reviews and seem to be what i'm looking for overall. the goodyear dealer originally said they were something like $145/ea., then another employee came out and mentioned something about employee pricing. they busted out this huge list and the GT's were $119.99/ea. so after tax and mounting it's a little bit cheaper than buying from tirerack.com and paying for shipping and mounting/balancing. so i'm glad i got a good deal. plus this way i don't have to lug the tires from/to wherever myself.

We had a great time with Wayne and Lady T at the car show on saturday.

SOOOOOOO many nice cars/trucks to look at. And the best part, we hadn't seen the majority of them before. lol
