Good evening...hope everyone is good. I am now homeless. I have been quiet on the house subject waiting for the final decision on the appraisal. It came in 50,000.00 to low. I am looking at trying to pick up a 4-5 k travel trailer to live in.....So glad the company we tried to buy the house from kept telling us it was going through with no problem. I also got a kid expelled from school today...at least I am still working....

 

Todd, what now man, ****, I hope you get everything sorted out, sorry to hear Todd, hang in there.....I'm sick now, son of a b!

Todd, that looks ok! about 10 or so years ago a friend was selling a trailer at a trailer park for about 7k, I would have had to pay the utilities, lot fee and propane and stuff like that, but I wish I would have been a little wiser back then! I have no problem living in something like that, it is a home for you to lay your head down at night. hang in there Todd.

 

You know it. I can always stay at my parents, but I hate paying for land I can't be at. If they needed me around or needed my help it would be different.

 

That trailer looks comfy. And good luck on all of that, sorry you had to expell someone.

 

that friggin sucks to hear about the new trailer todd, but that camper is a good find. and look at it this way, a camper you can stick in the pole barn if its cold out, you couldint do that with the old trailer, haha. like chris said, i would live in a camper, they are damn nice IMO, and cheap. good luck getting everything sorted out
