update
Well and update on the wife she is a mean as ever this morning back home, so that's a good sign.
They gave her oxygen bottle to take along. We will see how long she needs that.
Yesterday a long day for sure she was released from the Hospital in the Afternoon about 3:PM Mountain time and the Doctor said he wanted her to be out of the altitude asap. Left the Springs around 4:30 PM, a 500 mile drive from my daughters front door to mine. Got home about 12:25 Central time.
She missed her Taylor Swift concert in Denver.
On the positive side I did get to see the US Air force Thunderbirds do there routine for the Air force Academy graduation. photo's attached.
They have to almost fly right over my daughters house.
Plus my Grandson had a school program I got to see as well, so there was some positive things that happened.
Plus we made it home safely.
Thank the Good Lord for that!!

Suppose to be 91 today and 87 tomorrow while the remnants of tropical storm Alberto are suppose to move through our area and give us some rain/thunderstorms tomorrow and Thursday.

It's been hot as ***** down here... No end in sight, either. Drove in to Memphis yesterday to take the grandsons to the big Bass Pro store in the Pyramid. First time I've been in the building in 14 years. It used to be an arena for concerts, basketball, etc. It's where the Memphis Grizzlies and UMemphis Tigers played before FedEx Forum was built. I've seen Ozzy (farewell tour....in 1992), KISS (reunion and farewell tours, then again four years later...) and several other bands plus even a WWE event once (free tickets...), and a lot of basketball games. As I walked in and looked around, I couldn't help but think how many times I had already been in that building drunk off my *ss..... Good times......
But, they have a pistol range on the second level now, so that was cool.

Good morning guys. The weather could get pretty interesting around here later today as Alberto remnants move through. Rain/thunderstorms becoming widespread with a potential for locally heavy rain, damaging winds and isolated tornadoes. A lakeshore flood advisory will be in effect later today/tonight along Lakes Huron, St. Clair and Erie.
