Sweet, a tie of all things. Everyone had nice shots submitted. Pretty weak voting, guess it caught some members out of sync with the forum check ins.
Chifan, your right, thanks for the assist my twin, some voters had their brains fried looking at 2 sweet red Montes. Were you mimicking the comedian Dane Cook with the "shenanigans" word. He is too funny.
Thanks JuniorCar, I was out of my element at that huge car show, read a few things to do and not to do for displaying etc.. I will say again here for a 6th Gen. Monte Carlo to even place at an AutoRama has probably never been done before. You all know it, we never get any more than a few interested visitors at our cars. I believe I had this one dialed in enough to have caught the judges attention. When you enter the building they are standing or sitting at the door watching every single car enter. I read that if you even talk to them it could get you disqualified. These judges travel all around from state to state and have pretty much seen it all, and the note at the bottom of my score card was simple but I think gave me a clue as to their thoughts. In the remarks section they wrote "Neat Car". That made me smile, like "Yeah!!". So we all got one in on the big boys, Mustangs, Challengers, Vettes, Camaros. The Monte Carlo lived again, albeit briefly...
Jeffs02RwdSS, man your awesome, you have the trick Monte build coming along, definitely going to be a contender out there. Going to have people doing a double take when you light it up and the smoke comes off of your rear tires and not the front. I going to do another thread about my Montes current disposition. God, your holding my feet to the fire there bro!

Actually, it was a South Park reference. I'm not much of a Dane Cook fan.
I really dig your display. Is that a carpet??? I've thought about buying some of that Race Deck stuff to do something similar for indoor shows or shows that park you on pavement. If I keep the car, that is...
