craigslist is a great place to find little things like that. check it daily as stuff comes and goes quickly on that site though!! seriously, best place i know to find soemthing like that. not many people would consider that a collectors car so i wouldn't look on the sites that also have the 60's muscle cars and 50's chevies.

Youre in Ohio, check out the Auto-RV weekly magazine, I just seen 2 mid-late 80s in there for sale (Michigan edition). One was quite affordable.
Check out their web site at auto-rv.com.
I think this is the one I saw:

An 83 for $1,350

If $1350 is out of your range you may want to save a little more. I have but cars for less than $1000 before and they all cost more in repairs than a little higher priced car would have. Craigslist is all ways agood place to start. Let us know what you are looking for and how much you have to spend and we will allkeepour eyesopen for you. Good Luck!!

Well, i hope to find a Monte SS ('88 preferred, but any works) from $300-600 that i can fix up myself... I've also been looking at some Chevy Blazers along with other Chevys (love my Chevys), but yeah as soon as i get me a J.O.B. i can afford a $13.5 car.

Cool. Keep your eyes open and be patient and you will find what you want. Decide before hand on how much and what kind of work you can and are willing to do. This will help you decide whether you want a car that needs a rebuilt motor and tranny or one that needs interior and body work or all of the above. Good Luck and let us know how the search goes.
