So I see your progress map, are you now going through Utah? I could rendezvous with you if you are. Once the plotting had you way north of here not going through Utah at all. I could still link up with you if you are, be fun to convoy a few miles or so with your caravan... When will you be getting in to Utah if your going through it at all? My cell phone number is 801-362-9136 Call if you want to try and link up...

So that was my day. Not a bad day but I am tired. I'll post some pics tomorrow!
Every body has to stop at Wall Drug, they start the signs clear back in Minnesota. The Bad lands are pretty cool too, you may have seen some of the places they filmed " Dances with Wolves"

Shu Mani Tutanka O Wachee” is “Dances with Wolves.” (Proper spelling is “Sunkmanitu Tanka Owaci” in Lakota.)
This area of the USA is a very historic location, today mostly known for the Sturgis Motorcycle rally. If it's open and you want to see some wild animals from the area stop at Bear Country USA, in Rapid City.

Hope you are having a safe trip, one thing you are probably have fun with is pumping your own gas, and they don't have any WA-Wa stations on your trip. I spent several months in New Jersey, after the Sandy thing, talk about a Cowboy out of place?

We are traveling on I90. Been on it since we left Chi-Town. We started out in Garfield NJ. Then went down to Brick NJ and spent 2 days with my Family. Other from my family came down on sunday, I made my Spaghetti and Meat sauce. For 15 people.
We left Mon morning and took Route 70 out to 295 to 376 through Phily. Then we hit 80 west near Cleaveland.
Today its 90 out to Livingston Montana. I wanted to see Devil Tower but my understanding is that it is too far off I90. We are already planning a w/e trip for this summer to come back east as far as Rapid City. I also wanna see the "Real Badlands"! What we saw of it on 90 was cool but I wanna see it all.
The trip is turning out to be pretty Cool. Tiring but Cool. Mo and I end up Barking at each other at the end of each day cause we are exhausted and we are the only Mufflers we have! Lol
My GPS is wanting me to take US 212 for most of the trip to Livingston. I don't know about that. I like Driving at 78 MPH on I90. It may be a little longer but I think when I get to the poi t where it tells me to switch I think I'll just stay on I90. There are a few spots where it indicates construction in Wyoming, but I can deal with that. Plus that way maybe we will be closer to Devils Tower and can make a stop there?
No going through Utah this trip. Sorry Greg! But I will be making a trip through Utah in the Future. Although I don't remember where of the top of my head, I know there are a few places in Utah I want to see. I think Route 66 goes through there and into the Badland. So you can be sure we will get to Cruise together!
My Body is still on East coast time. It's 6am (8am inJersey) here in Rapid city. I should just be waking up. But I've been up for 2 hours now. The girls are out cold still. Mo Lived out here and Callia (My 17 year old Dweeb) was born in the Kent Wa. area. So i guess they are ok with the time difference. It's gonna take me about a week to get into the 3 hour difference. But that's ok. It gives me some Bathroom time without having to fight with them for it! Ha, Ha, Ha!
I'll update our progress if I can at our next rest stop. That is if T-Mobile has service. We were roaming on the AT&T network for Data. They only permit 50 Mbites on there service. And we used that up about 200 miles ago. If no data then I'll be updating from Livingston. Hope you all have a Great Day! And thanks for following our Progress!
