Jobs? Career? Retired? School?
Not really sure were i am going in life.. i quit college because of lack of funds. Right now Im a parts sales manager at Autozone. I may try a shot for parts sales at a dealership sometime soon or something along those lines. I sometimes do detailing on the side too. Time has not been on my side lately for it though..
Wow, amazing stories guys. Im reading these while at work as usual and I forgot I was at work ! Hey D, how much does the electronic engineering run you? Lots of math I bet...I have no idea what i want to continue college for..so I havent been motivated to go back. Kinda depressing really..

Stumpi that's one hell of a story! My moms best friend just lost her life in a motorcycle accident in which she may have lost conciousness and and cause her to swirve off the road. Waking up in the morgue... not something I would care to do.

David (It is David correct)
Sorry to hear about your moms friend.. My condolences to your mom. and her family. Its been a long road to this point its never easy when something tragic happens... But thanks!
Yes It is David, haha. I think there are three of us on here graced with that name.
Its alot of math but its also a lot of its own science. Electronics have a set of their own rules. If your looking for engineering for money petroleum engineering is the highest paying job out of college and one of the highest possible salaries of all college majors. Its pretty dificult to motivate myself some times especially working but I know in the end it will be worth it.

Hello `Hiroska,
Another great created thread for member's to post & enjoy. Thanks for taking your time to create
The best advise I can give to you is find something that you love to do that you can get paid to do. There's to many that hate to get `up and go to work at a job they don't like. I personally would rather get paid less & be happy doing what I'm doing, then to be working a job that pays higher wages and that I dread getting `up & going to.
I'm presently working as our companies International Warehouse Manager + + + + + Setting up new locations in the Caribbean's & Islands in the Atlantic Ocean areas....The pay & Bennie's are great, but I've been working double shifts/7 days/nights a week. I have a large amount of vacation time accumulated . I'm fortunate to work for a super owner & also great employee's. We have thousands of applications of people that apply for jobs, but we have no opening. I hope as we grow that we will have a bigger base for hiring.

I started working in Retail...did that for about a year and a half while starting college.
After that, took a job as a Customer Service Rep at a staffing company that staffed labors for construction. After working there for about a year, I was promoted to the Branch Manager. I worked there for 5 years while going to school and for a while after i graduated.
Graduated From San Jose State with a BS in Business Marketing.
Got a job at another staffing company where I started as the Payroll Manager. After about a year and a half, I was promoted to the VP of Operations. We staff mainly contract manufacturing positions, operating in 5 states with 9 locations. I've been with this company for 3.5 years now.
Little did I know, when I accepted a job 8 years ago as a CSR to get through school, that I would turn staffing into a career. It's worked out very well for me through.
