Yea it sucks for sure! I will be happy once it is installed and I dont have to deal with the crap anymore! LOL

Space, you know what, thats a good idea, I think I just might file a complaint...

I hope you do file a complaint. Not only will it make you feel
better

, it will help others that are considering
making a purchase from a company that does not
care about their customer's or their service.

I think `if more people filed complaints against those
that don't give a Zhit about their customers will
either wake `up or go out of business.

I've learned to do research on a company B-4 I purchase.
I had buyer's remorse too often, and I also work
hard for my Money $$$ & don't like throwing it away
and not getting what I expected or paid for.

I have to admit, I wish I had thought of the BBB. Great call Space dude!

I've dealt with the BBB a few times with local businesses, and they were always very helpful. I don't know how much luck they will have with MPD. But at the very least, they will have your complaint on file to advise future customers.
