Wow, I'm kind of lucky and worried/concerned about my neighbors right now. The ones that are there now are awesome. Younger couple, 1 year old son, extremely nice. We've shared beers a few times and just talked for a while. However, they're selling their house. I've been worried since the day that sign has gone up. I don't want new neighbors.

On the other side of me lives 3 old ladies. No complaints. They're quite nice and give me tomatoes each year. lol They like my cars and dog.
