I know how it is glen on another monte forum i am on half the time i am scared to ask a question just for the chance that it might have already came up and i didnt find it in the search.

yah i know..some forums are really not friendly...there's a grand prix monte carlo forum for up here in ontario and most of the guys on there are ok...but the ones that post the most are real ****** about it when you ask something thats already been brough up..so needless to say i barely go on there...i really only check to see if i have messages...

this forum is the best though...friendliest group of people around

They're the people that buy a 1080i HDTV because it was advertised on TV, when the 1080p is superior.... but try and talk them into that....

1080p is superior, but I don't know a single company that uses it. I know 2 of the main cable companies only broadcast in 1080i - Charter and Time Warner - but I don't know about Comcast. Too much bandwidth and not the payoff.

This thread shows how laid back MCF members are. It started out about how I was lambasted over on another forum for asking a simple question about 243 cylinder heads, to discussions about motorcycles, to finally debates about 1080 TV.
BTW... 1080i owner here

haha yeah we're part of the prozac nation LMAO

but yeah 1080p owner here but because i dont have a digital signal the pic is crap, shoot this tv has a hard drive and built in survelance and everything and comes with upgrades and everything haha.

new topic will now be how do yall tie your shoes? personally my work shoes i never untie just slide into each morning but my street shoes well i tie into a special knot just cos im difficult lol

Yeah my 1080i TV is pretty ancient (3 years old!) It was the shizzle back in the day though

I pretty much tie my shoes the old fashioned way. I'm trying to teach my dog how to do it for me so I don't have to anymore.
