If you have an LT, its not a package for the LS, the LT is an actual trim level, and all LT's came with aluminum alloy wheels wether it be 16" or 17".

Now, I THOUGHT that ONLY LS models had the turn *** for the climate control, and ALL other models, starting at the 1LT had the dual zone climate controls. I have a 1LT, and I HAVE the dual zone climate controls. Unless its an option that I just happen to have???

I'm pretty sure that ALL of the 3.5L V6's offered in the Monte Carlo were Flex-Fuel. I know mine is a LT, and I have the Flex-Fuel 3.5L.
The '06 2LT we rented to attend the 2006 Monte Nats in Nashville had 16" wheels and single climate control on it.

Only the upgraded 3LT was the only trim level I have seen outside the LTZ and SS to get the duel climate controls.

I'm certain Space's former 3LT had 17" wheels and duel climate controls.

In 2007 with the Monte trim levels being reduced I think some of the LSs did get 17" wheels on them.

Dear`John,
Do you still have your window sticker (since you bought it new >?)

It should state all your options & what model it is on the sticker.
I'm confused...~>
What was your MSRP

* Your Insurance Company should be able to do a vin check
to determine your model...,or check with your selling dealer ?
Let us know `ok
Good Luck

i still have the window sticker it is supose to have the better of the two cloth intereor 17 inch aloys dual climat controlls. traction controll is a option i didnt have them put it on the car it would have made it from 21,375 to 22,486k but the way it is i can get the traction controll switch with the fog light switch. i would need the dealer to update my pcm and the tcm for the traction controll to have it work with the switch. the only things that were an option that i didnt have them put on the car was the traction controll and the stereo volume controlls on the car those two were optional and i didnt get them wish i did.

They must have changed a lot of minor options and stuff for 2007. In 2006, my 1LT (which is 1 model up from base LS) came standard with traction control and ABS as part of the 1LT package.

Plus, I am pretty sure there was only 1 type of cloth interior which came standard in all LS and LT models. Leather was an option in LT models, and standard in the LTZ, and SS. (I think) But I am almost positive that all models with cloth seats had the same cloth seats.

And the base sticker price on my 1LT, including the optional side airbags ($660 option) was ~ $24,500

My car was $28,000 something new. That's why I accepted the car with 10,000 miles and jumped on the $17,000 the dealer wanted for it. It saved me $10,000.

There was one type of cloth, but two colors available in the 2006 Monte. Ebony and grey.
Titanium was the only leather color available.

I am positive that Ebony (almost black) or Titanim (the light grey color) were both options for the leather in 2006. I've seen 2006 Monte's with ebony leather...both were SS's.
