Most states have fully auto and silencers illegal. Seems like that would make them hard to come by. I would wonder how hard it is to get the extra licensing to sell that stuff.

It really isn't that hard to get licensed, its an extra $500. The full autos and silencers are not technically illegal they require a NFA stamp that is $200.00. I was surprised to learn that this is the side of the business that is the most profitable. I wont venture into this for some time though as I want investigate more into it.

I will be able to ship to a dealer locally to you.

Greg don't tell everyone the plan. lol

Today I finished all of the paperwork for the business name and federal tax id. I am now a functioning business.

Barrett Enterprises LLC
-Ochoco Sporting Goods is my Trade Name

Now I need to open a business checking account, finish and file FFL paperwork to become a dealer, that takes up to 60 days, and work on a logo and website. Things are moving a long nicely.

Good luck! They say this is the time to start a business. Just make sure you get good employees, that seems to be our biggest problem at our shop. It's sooo hard to find good help nowadays...
