Im just fine No power outage for us yet. I have been hearing lots of sirens and the winds have picked up. Waiting on Isaac is like waiting on a woman to get dressed lol.

Just walked outside to check it out and the winds arent that bad but blowing hard and we now have a little rain. Only a few small branches in the roads and sidewalks

 

The Monte is home in the garage and covered up were in the Silverado.

 

And I hope Isaac get the hell on out of here!!

Thanks for checking in & letting us know that you guys are OK...
Isaac is sure taking his time & is moving slow & dumping a lot of rain in your area. They predicet 20 inches of rain in New Orleans : (

`Mel, since you are connected to the web, I would do a really good search of conditions before you decide to travel/drive back home.
It's great that your Monte isn't on the road & that you are in your in truck...I'd make sure that there's no flooded or washed out roads enroute back to your home. It would really be back to get stuck along the highway & wait for help.

Wish you, DeRon & member's in that area a safe day & I hope that you can both keep us updated...Prayers for sure.
