I still work out almost every morning. I'm the cook

It's just funny because most people tell me that I'm too skinny, but obviously BMI says NO! :rotflL

I'm doing great on the BMI scale at around 5'10 and I hover about 160lbs. My weight fluctuates up to 10 lbs. In a week because I am so much more active and eat less during the week. So on a Tuesday morning I'm "bulked up" to about 165, than I'm down to 155 by the weeks end.

I'm skinny to all my co-workers. Everyone else in 200lbs + - some 300lbers' there. I seem to be the most physically able, inspite that I am actually the oldest one too.

I workout a lot these days unless I'm sick or achy (crap knee, bad back). I run 2.5miles on the treadmill most mornings. As soon as I wake up works best for me (before the females of the house awaken and begin hassling me). I play with some dumbells and an ab roller too.

I wouldn't worry, that chart is pretty questionable. Example 6"3 ' medium frame 164? That seems awfully light.

According to the chart, I need to lose 20 lbs. But personally, I want to lose about 10.

Hi `Slugger,
I just obtained the charts from the web (Mr Google).
On post #24 above, I posted a 2nd chart to this thread & it reflects that for a person 6'3" the weight is listed @ 191 lbs.

Being 6'3" tall > I look up 2 U 4-Sure...
I think 191 lbs is more accurate!

Thanks for posting & voting...
