i used to work out at school and Golds for some time about a year ago, used to max out at 315. i just got a membership at golds again about a month ago, and go 3-4 times a week. usually just jog 1-2 miles and thats about it. been wanting to lose some weight but never manage to keep a healthy diet

im currently at 186lbs, im 5'6"ish (short i know :p) so im considered overweight.... i think
any advice on how i can get to at least 170?

i do drink soda alot, im sure cutting that outta my daily diet would help out alot right?

Frank go onto Amazon and pick up a book called "EAT TO LIVE". I got my copy from there used for around seven bucks. I think you will find it useful.
