Help with aftermarket Autostart/Alarm

Default Help with aftermarket Autostart/Alarm

I have an Ultra aftermarket alarm/auto start system...
I cant find the manual and I don't know what model it is. it has a 4 button key fob we use only 3 of them .... I have it installed on my 2004 Silverado.

After we parked lizzys Sierra for the winter, She has been driving the Silverado...Apprently she didn't remember how to auto start it or something.
I guess she just started pushing buttons til it started... Now heres my problem...

Currently the shock sensor is set super high. I mean if you barely touch it... it will go off. Someone even drives by it... It goes off especially idiots with no mufflers and thumper radio's....

My question is:
Is anyone familiar with this type/name of alarm system...If so, How do I turn the sensitivity down?
The place I had it installed at is no longer in business.... That was 6 yrs ago.
