Default Guitarist Jonny Winter Dead At 70

Some of the younger members may not know who Jonny Winter was, but I'm sure some of the older members will.

R.I.P. Jonny...

Wow, what a loss of a great and talented musician. I regretted not going to see him a few years ago when he played the local arts center and now I have even more regret. It seems all the greats of my time, are sadly getting old. It's weird you never think of your heroes as being, well mortal in a sense as they always appear larger than life whenever you get a chance to see them.

Ditto, man when I see some band members on tv today, it kind of sets me back a few steps and I avoid the mirror for a few days...

To see them all graying out on us and even now dying out makes you want to make sure your "Living will" is in place.
