today is not a good day. I woke up this morning to my neck being stiff and my back in pain . Im ready for tomorrow to come so i can get checked out.

UPDATE........

I just got a call from the insurance company. They are headed out to look at the damage on the car right now. I'll keep ya'll up to date.


ANOTHER UPDATE........

Well the person ( a female, and hot one at that) came by and looked at the damage. She said she will email me the esimate, cause she has to do research on the rear lip ( Seeing i bought the body kit as a whole and not peice my peice) and look around the area for someone that will have it (Which Im the only impala in all of polk county with that body kit, and i know its something no shop will have in stock for my car). So im thinking they will probably just replace the rear lip instead of fixing it. She said I will have to take the car to a muffler shop to get my Corsa exhaust fixed ( that I spent $1,015 on). So Im going to look for the best exhaust shop in my area.

 

Went to see the doc today. From the tests he had me do and from what he felt on my back, he said my back is jacked up. So he sent me to get some x-rays of my neck and entire back. I have to see him 3x a week for the first month, and he said he doesnt want me to do any heavy lifting till futher notice. Which is a problem cause thats all i do in my line of work.

He gave me a TENS 3000. Its a compact pulseating device to put near my sore muscles.
