Thanks Mike! I saw this on another Camaro Forum, so I know exactly what it will look like in my car. I had to go with the white **** for the nostalgia factor. I like that you have one in the GTO, do you like it? I'm already thinking I might have to go for Lou's Short Stick mod for it, but we'll see how I feel after a month or 2 haha

Haha, I just go into my room with my coat and bag and packages when I get in from work, so I opened it up in the room and snapped a few pictures after I put the handle and **** on.

The Monte will be turbo'd, while the Camaro is staying N/A. Don't worry about that

I'm just tired of this stupid stock shifter, and since I'm driving the Camaro 75% of the time, I needed to upgrade this part haha.

 

I loved the black look, ima have a custom shift boot made, mines a hybrid its a B&M short throw with a Hurst stick lol

Should be really nice to have on the car once you can get it in there. A short thow shifter is on my "want" list for restoring my '84 Camaro

Thanks guys, I'm hoping that my local part department has this stupid sleeve in stock so I can get it put in this weekend.

If not, I found a nice sleeve made out of copper that should be a good upgrade for the plastic, but that will take a while to get.
