Awesome! Damn they are both great cars........

I'm surprised to how well the 68 kept up...

But, I'd personally rather have the 2010. More comfort, and WAY better fuel economy!

did you see the 72 chevelle VS. the 2010 camaro? it was short, but it looked like the 72 was walking away from the camaro at the end.
a great find, blacksheep

come on guys! surprised the 68 kept up?!!! there's a 40 yr gap and to me the 68 was pulling away. do you need a history lesson on MUSCLE cars?!!! the 1st and 2nd race the 68 had him. the 3rd, the '10 jumped the gun, twice , and on the 2nd time the 68 was catching him. im not saying newer cars are something to laugh at, but when cubes mattered, and the gov kept their damn hands off, its still hard to beat!

Now here is a question. Has any of the car been modified? Has the 68 been "WORKED" on? Has the new Camaro been "TUNED"? Were they both stock?

From what I gather, the 2010 is stock SS/RS from the factory, with the supplied options that you see.

The '68 has a small block 406. Tremec TKO 600R 5-speed, 3.73 gears 10 bolt posi. 295/50/15's on the back.
