we had a 51 ****** jeep pickup we used to plow with, the floors were old street signs with the signmoasts as braces, and we painted it with some high-gloss red paint i pulled outta a dumpster, probibly led based or something equally wonderfull, with school bus yellow for the plow, plow frame, & wheels. the taillights were first made of red tape, but were replaced with old trailer lights. the 1bbl carb was off of a pinto, the wipers were replaced with electric ones above the windsheild, both fenders were smashed & filled with bondo before we got it, lessee what else... we had no keys, so we pulled out the lock cylinder & used a screwdriver to start it... i think that was it. the guy who delivered ups to our house loved it, and wanted to buy it. one day, he came up, and my dad was fed up with the truck, so he gave it to the ups guy, because in my dads opinion, it was not worth the gas to tow it away, lol
