Mine is my daily driver. This winter though my mom is going to be driving the monte. It is the safest car for her to drive and so it will be hers during the snowy days. Her mustang sucks in the snow as you could guess.

 

so todd, is the stang gonna be you car when mom has the monte?? or are you going to use the sublirprium? that is what i call it, a guy from here took his dads out and twisted it all up drunk, i think he jumped a few median strips or something??

 

WOW, I honestly knew about all the "so called damages" winter driving and salt could do to a car, but never actually thought it amounted to much...

I was born in raised in California, so the worst we get around here is rain...my 1989 silverado has ZERO rust on it!

 

must be nice michael, hope the rain isn't a big problem for you this winter!! in pittsburgh, it doesn't get to bad but the temp sucks, we get an inch of snow and the whole city slows to a crawl. it pretty much sucks!

 

The Mustang will go in the shop when the snow comes if possible or stay in there garage. I will be pimping the suburban. It will probably be only 20-30 days that she will drive it at the most.
