space, i found that pic on google, lol. i put in " the first refrigerator" i think....

my aunt in new york state has a few of them, she uses one as a pantery and another as a dresser..... she sells antiques, though, so its kinda fitting she has a couple more in her little shop....

there are ponds all over my aerea where people used to cut ice for those refrigerators, one still has a shed next to it w/ an old sign painted on it that says " bushkill ice co."
beleive it or not that was quite the industry around here....
