Hi `Member's,
Had a break from work due to late arriving trucks because of highway closing due to accidents...

I logged back on to see `if the red was still here I thought it was maybe because of my bloodshot eyes, but I looked in2 my mirror & my eyes are still blue & not bloodshot

I'm sure when `Lou (Taz) see's it, he will let us know what happened & why ?

It's like someone came in2 my room & painted it Red without my approval or knowledge or maybe I'm still on my recharge & this is a nightmare (LOL)

I do like the color red, but not this shade or the area's that it is being used on the MCF..It's like a faded dirty red <~ like the Mad Smile (LOL)

I do think Red Monte's are beautiful, but this isn't a Red Monte

Maybe when I log on2 the MCF 2morrow it won't be red ?
I know it's not a big thing, and maybe there's a reason ?
Time will tell...? Maybe ? I'm not sure ? LOL What were they think'in ~> ~> LOL

Wish everyone a good eve & super weekend...It's not the end of the world ?, or is this a sign

Exclamation red red and more red everywhere

What? Red rules.

It's not what I had hoped. I'll explain.

When ever we want to put a link in a post, we usually have to point it out since links were showing up in black. Links looked exactly like the rest of the text in our posts, and people had a hard time knowing where to click.

I wanted to remedy that by having clickable links within posts show up as another color. Preferably blue like most other sites do.

But when I asked the tech department to make the links a different color, I guess I was a little too vague. The happily obliged by making every clickable link on the forum red. See I didn't specify what color. And our forum colors are black, grey, white, and red. So they made every clickable link red.

I've emailed them again to change it back the way it was. Hopefully they change it back as quickly as they changed it to red.

I don't like all the forum links being red either.

Taz, I've noticed that and when I post a link, I usually just make it blue in color so people know what to click on......

You shouldn't have to though. Most other sites automatically make links another color. MCF used to also. Why that changed? I have no idea. I was hoping to get that nice little feature back.

All this red is not what I had in mind. The lesson here is this:

People are not mind readers. Be clear in what you ask for.
