i haven't figured out how to do that. i tried for 30 min on how to do it and just posted here.

 

If you are accessing the site from a computer (not a phone), from the main page, scroll to the section you wish to post a new thread in and click on it. Towards the top of that section, it will have a "New Thread" button. Hit that and you should be on your way.
