I've noticed Formula 50 has quite a few different ones. Which one is best energy perfomance wise?

What kind of carbs does it have??

Dunno, I've only braved the Formula 50. I don't know that any of them are "energy" type drinks, I think it's just a gatorade type drink.

yea theyre mostly for vitamins and electrolytes, not much on energy.
