Well that was my 2 cents and a long story about nothing that pertains to this then.
Hmmm, the etch product was it something more than a muratic acid, some poor performing "green" save the planet citrus? That sucks to fight a fight that should not have to have been fought. Guess the spot treatment you are leaning to will have to be good enough. See, should have left well enough alone, seal the raw concrete and call it good. But nope, step it up a notch, do something trick and it's the "Wth?" situation. You must have forgot the old adage " No good deed goes unpunished" and punish you it's going to do, so sorry Jason, thats a sucky situation. But as tenacious as you are in all your endeavors, this will be a bump in the road to you, best of luck!
