Fastest car you've ever driven?
#11
Didn't like it?! Blasphemy!
I didn't take it on the highway, so I was never really in "cruising" mode. I drove it on some backwoods twisty country roads and it felt at home there. Maybe that's why you didn't care for it? Wrong turf?
I'll be interested to see what performance mods come out of the woodwork for it soon. Then it should really get good.

I had the right turf, but i'm not going to drive it like that every time I'm in the car. Unless you were revving high, it just wasn't enjoyable.
When they start coming from the factory with a turbo and warrantied, they will be amazing. As they sit right now... I'd rather the Miata.
Which is why I urge everyone to test drive it first haha

If they can keep the car under $25k. Agreed.
But I think the BRZ is going to be too pricey for what it is

First would be my Dad's 1972 Monte Carlo (454 big block bored to 472 c.i. "7.7L", 550 hp, TH400 trans, 3:73:1 posi rear end).
Second would be his 2003 50th Anniv. Corvette (5.7L "346 c.i." LS1 Gen III small block, 350 hp, 365 lb.ft)
Third is my 2006 Monte Carlo (5.3L "327 c.i." LS4 small block, 303 hp, 323 lb.ft)

Fastest car i ever drove:
When I was 23 a friend of mine had a 53 corvette. With a fuel injected 327..built up to an astounding 575 hp!
After a few bottles of Liquid courage..and a toke or 2, We hit I-94 @ 8 mile rd and drove east to rosevile...It was 3 am in the morning. From 8 mile to the Little mack exit....I hit 208...(according to the roseville police radar). Needless to say I was arrested for wreckless driveing....Later in court, got it reduced down to aggressive driveing. It cost me $685.00 in fines and court costs and zero p[oints.
And a 6 month restricted License to and from work... Of course at that age it never really stopped me from driveing or doing what I wanted.

I got to drive around my old boss's 94 Trans Am WS6 (6 speed) for a week a few years ago. Deal was I look after the business while he's gone on vacation, and he left me his pristine (under 20k miles) WS6 with a full tank of gas .
That thing was a lot of fun.
