Default Exotic car racinf for a fee at Disney World

This caught my eye this morning.Tragic about the fatality but I did not know this was offered for $200 - $400 bucks for 6 laps

At Disney racecar attraction, Lamborghini crashes, kills 1 - WOW!

Good Morning Mr `Tadd,
Yes, it's very sad. Some people just can't handle the power. It's sad that it was the passenger that died.... Life is fragile & can be more fragile & unknown in fast cars `if the driver isn't prepared or it's just another driver on the highway that should not be driving.

It is also sad that Disney is cancelling the program & turning the track area into a parking lot for the Disney attractions. I see more fast cars on the roads, that the driver's act stupid & have no training on handling the power that they purchase...

I got passed the other day in heavy traffic with over 6 hot cars racing on the Beach Line at speed way over 100+MPH....Passing cars on the right/left & sideways.... I thought 4-Sure I would see a massive wreck ahead.... (The BeachBum Van barely hits 70 MPH)
& that's with a wind behind it (LOL)

Life is fragile 4>Sure....It's crazy out there on many roads 2day...
Many think it's a race track I must `be getting older & hopefully wiser (?) Maybe ? Wanta Race my Van (LOL) ?

I had no clue they offered anything like that at Disney, I have always wanted to go to the exotic car racing experience in Las Vegas but something like this tragedy honestly never crossed my mind as a possibility that could happen.

Good Morning `Ken,
I really believe that some people can not handle the power of many of the cars that are produced & sold 2day...(& in the past)..

I do think that certain vehicles should require training or a special license to drive (?)...I just see 2 many stupid/untrained driver's behind the wheel that put so many other's in danger...

We need tracks for people to practice & learn 4>Sure...
That's my two cents & I only have a penny (lol)

Would you like your family or people you love & care about out on the public roads with
cars & drivers like below ?

I have heard that you have to take a 1.5 hour safety class before they let you on the track--

I do agree with you on that BBMike, with great power comes great responsibility, can't remember where I heard that but it does hold great truth. I see too many young kids on street bikes every summer and they have more power than you could ever need and you hear about them injuring themselves at high speeds all the time. I wish I could say that I was always careful behind the wheel of a car but I have done stupid things that when I look back now I regret.

If you ever get the chance watch the show "Don't Drive Here" it shows a guy driving in different parts of the world and it is kind of insane the way their traffic system works abroad, there are basically no rules, just suggestions for people to follow and I don't think their cars ever have to pass a safety inspection either
