Thanks to everyone for your comments. My family is overjoyed, as Kai is the first Grandchild for them AND my in-laws.

Kweef, I will will strive to remain as active a member as I have been as I know that there is also as much child rearing experience here as Monte Carlo knowledge.

And I know, the mod budget has just officially been shot to hell!!! I have the Ventshade taillight covers I plan to paint body colour before installing. Who knows when that will happen!!

Yes, VERY tired!! I am not used to being woken up all the time like this. I start work at 6:30am, leave the house by 6. I am averaging about 3hrs sleep a night, I think.

Yes, great trade off. I am now noticing all the cool car seats the make now. They look like mini racing seats. I think when he gets old enough to sit in his own seat, I will have him in one of those to cruise with dad in the Monte!! Right now he drives with mom in the Trailblazer in his carrier.
