That's where they came from. My sister is a finance manager and had met mr.hendrick a few times maybe I could ask her next time I see her if she can get more info. Looks like just those edition montes sold thro a hendrick dealership

 

So they probably are a little more rare but you can still buy those new as well so really I guess less of yours were used in production then my style

You make a good point I in that it had slipped my mind Hendricks produced some in house altered Monte's. Your hitting home runs with your answers tonight, your more than likely absolutely correct that these sills I have are left overs from the Hendricks "Monte's" glory days. I'm still going to install them now that I have them, where were you a few months back before I bought these...
