say hello to my little friend!. his name is Gunner. i got him at 6 weeks old. i thought about giving him up after having him for couple of weeks. he was crying in all day and nite in his cage and having accident every 5 minutes. he's 3 months old now and pretty smart and courageous. i usually time him when he needs to go outside but sometime he will let me know when he wants to go outside by jumping on my lap, bark, or start licking or nipping on my hand. i live in an apartment and when he hear noises outside either someone doing laundry or walk pass my door he growl and let out a bark. that's so awesome he's going to be a good watch dog.

 

very cute nemisis. I didnt know people kept dogs in cages tho. Mine usually sleep in my bed or watch tv on my couch. Once I get them trained they tell me what they want. My yorkie will bark turn and look over her shoulder telling me to follow her. She takes me to her plate, the door, or water bowl, then points. My yorkie only works as an alarm tho lol. She is everyones friend and is so timid she is scared of bugs. She goes off like a barking siren when someone is here tho.

 

the reason i keep him in the cage is to teach him the basic where he's going to be sleeping and stay when im at work. if you let him run around with no one home you can bet your home will look like a mess when you get back. plus he can probably hurt himself. once he get aquainted with his surrounding and i trust him that he won't destroy my apartment. i let him out the cage and let him be by himself for couple hours and keep increasing his time outside the cage until he fully can be trusted. he's doing good so far.

Thanks guys for all the kind words. Ozzie is still a little quiet this morning. But doing OK . he's a mixed bread Shi tzu & lhasa lapso. Going to see if he wants to play this morning in a few mins. he has this sqeaky toy he loves. Then its a little busy today. Getting ready for our trip back to Michigan for a few days. Grad party this saturday. Then seeing some old Biker friends of mine. Now that I'm looking forward to. Can someone spell BONDSMEN LOL HA HA HA.
