My current employer been doing so for over a 100 years and our bonus is performance driven not how much seniority you have. My employer says it's what's fair cause the young guns are trying hard and some successed in saving the company money while the old timers don't seem to even bother anymore and are just floating by. It's not odd that a guy like me (5 years w/ company) can earn triple to quadruple the bonus of what the Shop Forman gets (34 years w/ company). Last year my boss gave me $1,018 bonus this year $8,616 (couldn't believe it can go that high), Guess it actually does pay off to work hard.
I work at a small family owned & ran industrial/construction electrical company and we only have 18 employees not counting the owner and his wife.
I'm sure bonuses are smaller or if any working for a major corporation where you're just a number but I could be wrong.

My current employer pays anyone there a year or longer $1,000. Under a year it's prorated. My previous employer have $500 across the board. I'm thinking it's gonna stop soon though if the oil field doesn't pick up soon!
Last job gave you a 10% coupon off in store merchandise.. Just started a new job, not sure if they do anything. I suppose overtime is our bonus
Comcast had (maybe still has) an unused sick leave buyback that was given in November. Then there was a bonus program that paid in the spring.

Free cable & internet! Man that's a decent bonus right there it costs me over $2000 a year to keep these features running.
my last job it all depended on how long you were there.
year 5 i was set to get a whole checks worth but then i quite and got a new job
at the new job nothing last year and probably nothing this year as it is still a brand new company and not making any money yet

my last job no, this job we get quarterly bonuses, and profit sharing bonus at the end of the year, this year we didnt get profit sharing, due to it being a slow year for steel, they said its the first time in 11 years they didnt have it, its my second year there

We get quarterly bonuses and profit sharing matches. Every Christmas the company gives out decorative Nutcrackers with $100 hidden in it. So I guess yes we do get a Christmas bonus.
