i payed 3.99 but its now 4.99...
you pay through paypal. and attach a message with your vin number. and pdf if you want a printable file. he will send it back to your email. dont think it is a scam once your page goes blank after payment. i did but he emailed me and asked for the vin because i forgot to include it in the payment message.
