The Dark Knight Rises
***Don't worry, no spoilers***
Okay, so I'm super excited/happy about this movie. I'm a huge Batman fan and my favorite Batman storyline is the Knightfall storyline because my favorite Batman villain is Bane, lol. This movie was like watching Knightfall to the nth degree. Now, at first I was skeptical about all the changes to the look of Bane, but honestly, they did a VERY good job with him. He is VERY strong and VERY intelligent in this movie and I was very happy with the outcome. For those of you who are not familier, Bane is the villain that broke Batman's back during the Knightfall story in 1993. Here is an image of him right after he broke Batman's back:
This guy is serious, and he proves to be in the movie as well. During the entire movie, I was hit with surprise after surprise. I watched the movie last night at 6:30 and I'm going to be watching all 2 hours and 45 minutes of it again today at noon
If you haven't watched this movie, I HIGHLY recommend that you go and watch it.
As far as the tragedy in Colorado is concerned, my thoughts and prayers go out to the families effected by the shooting. It's a sad world when people make these choices and my heart goes out to the victims. God Bless them.

I saw the movie last night. I don't know the various Batman story lines, so I was not familiar with any story line like it. I thought it was wildly different and really cool. I don't want to say any specifics so I won't. From the beginning they surprised me with what the storyline did.

I was just sad to read it'll be the end of the series. 
It's the last in the series by Chris Nolan. No doubt it'll go through a whole new series in a few years by someone else. Granted, it most likely will not have the same look to it. But I'm pretty sure we'll be seeing a new Batman movie in a few years.
