Checking In (New Car)

Yeah, the '84 has been a "dream project" that I don't have enough space to work on. It spun a rod bearing and when we had to pull the engine, I have decided I want to do a full restoration with some mods. Well, I keep stock piling the mods, I got some of the replacement body pieces she needs (like strut towers). I need time and the facilities to do the work. She has been down for over 10 years. Plus side, when i get back to working on her, I have lots of great parts to work with.
Admittedly, I have had my nose so much into tinkering with the Monte, that hadn't helped my Camaro any (easy to get distracted with a car that yields results immediately).

Yea a little fun lol. Planning on little mods for now on it (intake, header back, heat exchanger, pulley drop, injectors, tune) then down the road possibly heads and cam package.
Turbo monte still is quicker than the V 60mph-120mph though lol. From a dig the V will kill turbo monte though unless at a prepped track. I posted a video of the race on here a month or so ago.

I want to find something to build like that as well. Actually with my grandpa just passing I would like to build an AMC in his memory. That will just be a matter of time I think.

Man what a very nice new Pontiac you have for yourself. Thats such a bad azz looking ride, she has to be a joy to drive for sure. Bet it is crazy nasty to be in when your really getting on it. And the miles, wow, that in and of itself makes it pretty rare. Jheesh, what a score.
It's a bit quicker than the 3400, maybe about .5 seconds faster in the 1/4
